VITACARE INTERNATIONAL is a modern company which is committed to become a leader in the nutritional supplements segment, by investing in the expansion and diversification of its product range. The company’s products bear the mark of quality, the basis for their production being exclusively natural principles which respect both the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) norms and the international medical recommendations.
HISTORY: In March 1999 the company VITACARE INTERNATIONAL was established, its business of activity being consultancy services for the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
In November 2002 – the company decided to expand its business of activity, entering the vitamin and nutritional supplements segment, through the development of a complex range of the high quality products. Thus the first 5 “generic” products (Ca-Mg-Zn, Spirulina, GINKO BILOBA, Aloe Vera, Coenzyme Q 10) are launched on the Romanian market, manufactured according to the GMP norms and to the international Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations. In the next year the first 4 registered trademarks were launched (Suplesse, Contour, Ego and Crom Balance) followed.
In 2004 a rebranding occured, which leds to the improvement of the image of the company’s and of it's products.
Nowadays, VITACARE offers the consumers of nutritional supplements four types of products, each of them having an individual base concept and addressing a distinct segment of needs and disorders.
» The Beauty Xplosion range– nowadays, when body care is more important than ever, VITACARE is the only company in Romania that has created a range of exclusive products for women, having a unique base concept of body beauty care from the inside to the outside.
» The ENERGYMIX range was created in order to satisfy the needs of people who want more energy and whose nutrition may be insufficient or inadequate. The products in this range are from excellent natural sources, containg a series of nutritional supplements necessary for the overworked body.
» The THERAPY range was designed to ensure a direct and sustained contribution in case of long term treatments with specific action and advice (prostate adenoma, insomnia, anemic deficiencies, a.o.) the natural products from this range containg optimum dozes of nutritional supplements, according to the international medical recommendations.
» The EGO range- because of the fast rhythm of day-to-day life more and more people, and increasingly more young people, have problems with sexual dynamics. VITACARE created a innovative concept of “couple harmony” through two products – one addressed to HIM and another addressed to HER - whose effects are complementary and intended to support a balanced sex life, by bringing back the DESIRE and by improving sexual performance.
VITACARE is managed by Dr. Razvan Alexandru, a manager experienced in coordinating activities of top multinational companies in the pharma segment in Romania. The company also benefits from the contribution of a young team of experienced professionals in sales, marketing and design.
To ensure product distribution throught the Romanian pharmaceutical network, VITACARE deals with the best placed national distributors who deliver the product product at the time and place it was requested.
The company’s goal in the medium term is to consolidate its position on the nutritional supplements segment, through the development of a range of new and diversified products and a new market strategy. |
